A little about me
I'm passionate about creating relatable, relevant, and fun experiences through email & SMS, using stories to connect with potential customers and turn customers into raving fans. My goal is to provide subscribers with content that makes their day brighter while driving revenue and loyalty for the brand.
I was born and raised in Nashville, TN where I live with my wife and our 7 month old daughter, River. When not deploying emails, you can find me brewing yet another cup of coffee, finding new hiking trails to explore, and daydreaming of escaping to Switzerland.
Slumberkins
Senior Manager of CRM
I led the customer lifecycle via email, SMS, and referral programs, educating customers on Slumberkins products and equipping parents to support their child's emotional needs. In my role at Slumberkins, I drove retention strategy as well as execution of campaign and flow sends. Although my time there was short due to a mass reduction in force, I was able to increase engagement by 30% and channel revenue by 47% while also eliminating deliverable issues and serving as project manager for all marketing initiatives.
Slumberkins is an emotional learning brand on a mission to empower children to be caring, confident, and resilient. Slumberkins creatures can be found in books and plush as well as in the Apple TV+ show co-created with the Jim Henson Co.
Sentral
CRM & Engagement Marketing Manager
At Sentral, I lead all ad-hoc email marketing efforts for short-term guests and long term tenants while migrating to Iterable to launch full-scale CRM efforts. While at Sentral, I drove a 22% increase in engagement through optimization efforts, grew BFCM revenue by $300k year over year, and launched referral programs that produced $1M of new revenue.
Sentral is an innovator in the multi-family apartments and short-term rental market, enabling people to stay for a night, a month, or years at a time.

Retention & Email Marketing Manager
I led both strategy and execution for all lifecycle and retention efforts, including email, SMS, loyalty, and subscription programs. Through optimization and testing efforts, I doubled the number of engaged email subscribers, increased revenue from subscribe-and-save customers by 117%, and reduced churn by 14%.
The Earthling Co. is known for their viral shampoo and conditioner bars and other efforts to reduce waste through deodorant, solid dish soaps, and more.
Trevecca Nazarene University
Email and Web Strategist
I was recruited to take on digital design, but quickly expanded my role to include owning the university's email program and launched full scale automation efforts to nurture prospective students from inquiry to enrollment. By the end of my tenure, I managed strategy and execution for email, website, and digital design efforts, working with stakeholders across campus to align their department's needs with university goals.
